Do I get charged for unused shipping labels?

No way! You only pay for what you actually ship.

You will NOT be charged for any unused shipping labels. Refunds on voided / unused labels take 1-2 billing cycles to process, as we wait for our weekly statements from the shipping couriers, which will confirm which labels were and were NOT actually used.
